Use Case Diagram

First of all is anyone else working on the use case? What users are there for our system? I feel that there is only one type of user. If there are more what are they? If there is an admin, what could they do to a personal insulin device?

I think you're pretty close on that. I feel there are two actors: user, and service person(aka admin). Obviously, though, these actor's potential actions are disjoint.
